Bridge from Polygon to Solana
Use StarBridge to check available cross-chain routes between Polygon and Solana. The live bridge interface determines which assets and routes are currently available.

Review the current route for moving supported digital assets from Polygon to Solana. Availability, fees, liquidity and execution estimates can change with network conditions.

Before approving a transaction, review the source network, destination network, asset, estimated output, network costs and route details shown in the live quote.
StarBridge provides an interface for connecting your wallet and reviewing a route. You approve transactions from your own wallet rather than depositing funds into a StarBridge custodial account.
Cross-chain costs can include source-network gas, destination execution costs and route or liquidity-provider fees. Estimated completion time depends on the selected route and current blockchain conditions.
Polygon PoS is an EVM-compatible network commonly used for low-cost transfers and apps. Its gas token is POL, formerly MATIC.
Solana is a high-throughput network that is not EVM-compatible, so it uses different wallets and address formats than Ethereum-style chains.
Polygon fees are paid in POL (formerly MATIC) and Solana fees are paid in SOL. You need POL (formerly MATIC) on Polygon to send the transaction, and you will want some SOL on Solana to move or use the funds after they arrive. Some routes can include a small amount of destination gas, so check the quote.
Solana is not EVM-compatible, so it uses a different wallet type and address format than Polygon. A route between them needs a compatible wallet for each network and a destination address in the correct format. Double-check the address before you confirm.
