Polygon fees are paid in POL (formerly MATIC) and Moonbeam fees are paid in GLMR. You need POL (formerly MATIC) on Polygon to send the transaction, and you will want some GLMR on Moonbeam to move or use the funds after they arrive. Some routes can include a small amount of destination gas, so check the quote.
