Polygon fees are paid in POL (formerly MATIC) and Gnosis fees are paid in xDAI. You need POL (formerly MATIC) on Polygon to send the transaction, and you will want some xDAI on Gnosis to move or use the funds after they arrive. Some routes can include a small amount of destination gas, so check the quote.
