Gas you will need
Base fees are paid in ETH and Gnosis fees are paid in xDAI. You need ETH on Base to send the transaction, and you will want some xDAI on Gnosis to move or use the funds after they arrive. Some routes can include a small amount of destination gas, so check the quote.
